Born in 2005 from the desire to be active in the Giambellino neighbourhood, the Giambellitaly association (for social promotion) has the aim of spreading alternative models of behaviour through cultural activities particularly aimed at pre-adolescents and adolescents.

Comunitą del Giambellino was born in 1979 as a voluntary initiative and in 1993 became a social cooperative. In collaboration with public body services, teams of professional operators and organized teams of volunteers operate on several grounds of marginalization and social unease: drug addicts, hardship of under aged people), lonely elderly, people with psychic illnesses.
