At the age of twenty Vittoria decides to change her body. Then begins a painful journey through silicone, hormones and operations. Today, she is still a prostitute, but she never shows her body to clients.

Vittoria, born 48 years ago in Brazil, is a transsexual of German origins. Shortly after her 20th birthday she decided she had to transform her body into that of a woman and decides to do it in the most dangerous and painful of ways: another transsexual, a former nurse, gave her over 300 silicone injections in her face, her chest and in her bottom. The flesh needs to detach from the muscles and give space to the silicon: it is a slow and painful process. At the end though, the body takes a perfect shape, the hormones and the silicon should have transformed her into what she had always wanted to be.
Four months after the operation, Vittoria discovers she is allergic to the liquid injected in her body and starts to feel sick, but this liquid is almost impossible to get rid of. She needs a cortisone cure, but she has so much silicone in her body that normal cortisone will not suffice, she needs a much stronger dosage.
Now Vittoria is waiting to have an operation that should remove the tissue that has blended with the silicone. The operation is very dangerous because there is the risk of damaging important arteries. If the operation goes as planned, her body will change dramatically, once again.
Meanwhile, Vittoria works as a prostitute, she sells her body on a state street on the outskirts of Milan, she never takes her clothes off because she doesn't want her clients to see what has become of her body. In her free time, she makes Barbie dolls and dresses them up and does their hair. Her talent is much appreciated in the world of Barbie Making.
