University is the forge for the future and one of the first places of meeting for diversity. The hope of Kalkani is to see realised the prophecy of the "Rainbow Race" starting from the hallways of his University.
The following pictures do not propose a general representation ofcultural diversity through their visual content, but they're just a reductive production of the political and cultural challenges which I am living myself inside University. Collecting such informations through the pictures might seem absurd, but we have to think about University as a real and unique "boiler" of intercutlural exchange. One of the first places in the city where this diversity raises and is respected. It seems that the Rainbow Prophecy of the American Indians has found a shelter where to experiment its existence. Like all the guys who partecipated to this project voluntarily, I am dreaming too. I dream that this prophecy can be exported also outside of this "boiler", in what we call the multiethnic city.
The "Rainbow Race" brings peace thanks to the comprehension that all races are one. When all the paths that lead to unity will be respected from all the cultures, then the prophecy of the Rolling Rainbow will come true. Sometimes it's just about little steps, such as these photo-portraits, to show some love towards cultural diversity.
