Comunità
Ana can't forget her Salvadoran origins, and she documented the life of her Home Country in Milan.
Community is the bridge that lets you reach two sides of the same river, on one side the Salvadoran origins, on the other side the Italian present. It is just when you get to know both of them that the bridge opens and lets you make a trip into the waters of the river, where cultures melt, where identity takes form.
In these pictures you can give a look at my bridge, the Monsignor Romero Group of the Salvadoran Community in Milan, a group that I helped founding and to which I dedicate my time to keep alive not just my roots but also my solidarity with El Salvador, the integration of my compatriots in Italy, and the curiosity of the Second Generations, Italian citizens, for the Country of their parents.
